The Gran Sabana!
Enjoy the splendor of the rolling savannah:
Between the huge table mountains and waterfalls the great plains of the Gran Sabana are found.
You will be impressed by the vast areas and unique animals and plants With us you can ramble throught this exotic world.
1st Day:
Departure from Ciudad Bolívar to Ciudad Guayana, visiting the rapids "Cachamay". Moving on to "El Callao" with an excursion to the local gold mine. After we drive into “La Escalera”(street goes up into la Gran Sabana) with vistit of the “Dando” waterfall and el “Pionero”(Soltcher monument). More drive south to the waterfall "Kama-Meru", short hike and boat trip on its lagoon.
Overnight in habitacion with bathroom. (-/L/D)
2nd Day:
In the morning we drive to Visit the “Aponwao Falls” and “Chinak Meru”(110 meter high), one of the biggest of the Gran Sabana,s hort hikes and boats-trip in the area through jungle and savannah. Wonderfull sorroundings. Back to the overnight camp.
Room with bath. (B/L/D).
3rd Day:
Visit the 'Kauri' waterfall and drive south to Santa Elena stopping along the way at Pacheco Falls and panoramic lookout points over the the savannah and table mountains in the area. We are visiting the “Curtain Falls”, which you can walk behind and the great “Jaspe Falls” with it´s red rock. Who likes can go with us to the border line with Brasil to buy some artcraft(Yellow fieber pass nessesery).
Back to Santa Elena and overnight in habitacion with bathroom. (B/L/D)
4th Day:
Ride back to Ciudad Bolívar with a few stops and sightseeing. (B/L/-)
