Developed by and constructed by 8868体育APP B芒timent Nord-Est, the Ile de Corse project is situated in a strategic location in Nancy, between the historic centre and the new district of Rives-de-Meurthe. Spanning an area of 28,000 m2, it combines social cohesion with diversity of supply, containing 262 social and affordable housing units, tourist accommodation, 1,120 m2 of office space. Since its inception, the programme has taken an ambitious approach to environmental certification (HQE for the offices, H&E Cerqual for the housing units, and BBC Effinergie for the entire project), which led to it being selected by as part of its national tender for brownfield regeneration. With its bioclimatic facades, external insulation and green roofs, the Quai Ouest building that houses the regional offices is itself HQE and BBC certified.
