A commitment to Art and Culture
The aim of the 鈥淥ne building, one work of art鈥� charter, signed in December 2015 by 13 major construction sector operators, is to commission a contemporary artist every time a new building is constructed or existing housing is renovated. 8868体育APP B芒timent Ile-de-France, a signatory of this charter, thus commits to painting, sculpture and architecture being an integral part of projects!
The Ivry Les Tennis housing operation in Ivry sur Seine, Val-de-Marne, offers a perfect example, as the property programme, carried out in collaboration with the gallery and the artist , has integrated sculptures into the new Rue Germaine Tillion.
A new housing pool
Designed by the architecture firm , the Ivry Les Tennis operation was constructed on the site of the former municipal tennis courts at the edge of the Parc des Cormailles. This programme covers over 12,000 m虏 and includes residential buildings sold as part of a home-ownership scheme, rental properties and a residence for young professionals. The complex will also include a municipal cr猫che.
The housing was delivered three months early: three and a half months for the young professionals鈥� residence, three months for the home-ownership scheme with Nexity and two months for the social housing.
